Tacit Accountability

The link below offers a great discussion on how accountability can be a positive thing.  This is not your typical “Top Down” type of accountability – but an accountability that involves feedback, follow up, and aligned observation.

Too often, when feedback is offered, there is not follow up; it is simply “take it or leave it.”  Tacit Accountability asks us to do something with that feedback – an important step if any growth is going to occur.
